State-of-the-art, multiple sensor, geophysical tools require robust and integrated acquisition software to control, record and catalog the large quantities of generated data. UIT has developed proprietary data acquisition software to facilitate the collecting, collating and displaying of data received from the multiple sensor geophysical platforms. With the exception of GPR data, all sensor data from the integrated system is recorded using the Data Acquisition Shell (DAS) application. The multi-channel GPR information is recorded separately using the Terravision software application.

• Data Acquisition Shell (DAS) records displays, and catalogs sensor information from the integrated geophysical platform.
• Terravision GPR Software is used to perform several operational functions: setting the operational parameters of the multi-channel GPR system; initializing the antenna arrays; and recording and displaying GPR data. The GPR software is typically run on a separate computer because of the huge quantity of information being generated and stored.
